As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective deposit mobilization strategies. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in financial services to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute market strategies to drive deposit mobilization, with a focus on identifying and acquiring high-value clients.
- Compile and profile individuals and companies that fit our target market, facilitating meetings to present financial products and services.
- Convert prospects into clients by providing exceptional service, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining strong relationships.
- Upsell pre-qualified retail clients to other services, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Actively manage client relationships through portfolio monitoring, reporting, and overall engagement, aiming to achieve nil record of client complaints.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to bring in N150M investment mobilization monthly and convert a minimum of 12 accounts.
