Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure adherence to all applicable SEC regulations and industry standards.
  2. Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  3. Regularly audit and assess compliance risks.
  4. Provide staff with training and guidance on compliance-related matters.
  5. Liaise with regulatory bodies, including the SEC, and ensure timely submissions.
  6. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, reporting findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEC rules and regulations, particularly in investment banking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
