At Huiospay Ltd, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Officer to drive our technology strategy and enhance our operational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead our IT team in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Support: Provide timely and effective support to users across various levels of technical expertise.
  • System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • System and Network Management: Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of our network infrastructure.
  • Cyber Security and Risk Management: Develop and implement robust security measures to protect our systems and data from potential threats.
  • Infrastructure and Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Develop and maintain data management systems that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our systems, processes, and policies.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our technology infrastructure, as well as driving innovation and improvement through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong background in IT, with at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in senior management roles. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, while a master's degree in IT management or a related field is highly desirable.

You should possess excellent technical, leadership, and business acumen skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
