Job Description:
Pinnah Foods Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant/Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing insights to management.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting to support business planning.
  • Developing financial models to support business decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Participating in external audits and ensuring audit compliance.
  • Providing financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Professional Certification: CPA, CMA, ACCA, ICAN or equivalent.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software, such as Excel, Power Bi and Odoo.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
