Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at People Capacity Management. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and organizing legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Handling basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Managing and updating filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team
  • Updating and maintaining contact lists and databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or HND degree in Law or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in mortgage banking or related financial services
  • Professional certification from a recognized body
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and transcription software
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Assertive and flexible
