We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Tricare pharmaceuticals Nigeria Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering positive employee relations.
About the Role:
- The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and ensure diversity and inclusion
- Support current and future business needs through effective human capital development and preservation
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and productivity
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure fairness and competitiveness
- Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analysis
- Evaluate and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or equivalent degree in any relevant Social Science
- Cognate experience not less than 3 years in Human Resources or similar roles
- Strong business acumen, communication, consultation, critical evaluation, global and cultural awareness, HR expertise, leadership and navigation, relationship management, and ethical practice competencies
