As a Front Desk Ambassador at Embassy Dry-Cleaning & Laundry Services Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all clients receive a high-quality experience.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A minimum qualification of OND/HND or equivalent is required, as well as prior experience in customer service or a similar role. Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, is also essential.

**Responsibilities:**

• Greet and assist customers professionally at the reception
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively
• Maintain accurate records of orders, pickups, and deliveries
• Provide customers with updates on service timelines and address their concerns promptly
• Manage incoming calls and emails while ensuring excellent communication
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Promote company services and upsell additional offerings when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance customer experience

**Requirements:**

• Minimum qualification of OND/HND or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in the laundry industry is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
