Scheduling Coordinator Job Description at Ritzman Smarthomes
Job PurposeThe Scheduling Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Technical Officer, ensuring the efficient management of work schedules and other assigned tasks.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the Chief Technical Officer's work schedule
- Attending to other tasks as assigned by the Chief Technical Officer
- Liaising with other staff members to ensure effective communication
- Carrying out specific projects as required
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years experience as a personal assistant
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Bachelor degree holder
- A background in IT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer and office software
- Tech savvy
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive
- Knowledge about smart/automated homes is an added advantage
