Job Purpose

The Scheduling Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Technical Officer, ensuring the efficient management of work schedules and other assigned tasks.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the Chief Technical Officer's work schedule
  • Attending to other tasks as assigned by the Chief Technical Officer
  • Liaising with other staff members to ensure effective communication
  • Carrying out specific projects as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years experience as a personal assistant
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • A background in IT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer and office software
  • Tech savvy
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive
  • Knowledge about smart/automated homes is an added advantage
