**About the Role**
At DAYTONA, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, reports, and documentation in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and documentation in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and receipts.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost optimization.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable financial laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement improvements in financial reporting processes.
- Preparation of Payroll
**Requirements:**
- ICAN certification (or equivalent professional qualification)
- 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Degree in Accounting only
