**About the Role**

At DAYTONA, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, reports, and documentation in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and documentation in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and receipts.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost optimization.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable financial laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement improvements in financial reporting processes.
  • Preparation of Payroll

**Requirements:**

  • ICAN certification (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Accounting only
