We are seeking a Corporate Treasurer to join our team at VICTORY EMPOWERMENT CENTRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions, including loan disbursements and repayments, interest calculations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor the liquidity of our operations and work directly with loan officers and branch managers to facilitate smooth financial processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with microfinance operations and loan portfolio management. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.
