Structural Fabricator

EKO MAINTENANCE seeks a talented Carpenter to construct, install, repair, and maintain various wooden structures and fixtures. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.

1. Construct and Install Building Frameworks: Ensure precise measurements and durable construction of building frameworks, including windows, walls, floors, and door frames.
2. Maintain Door Handles and Cylinders: Repair and maintain door handles, cylinders, and engines to ensure proper functionality and security.
3. Perform General Carpentry Tasks: Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks as needed, adhering to high standards of craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of a Trade Test qualification in Carpentry or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• A strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
