**Job Title:** Beat Oversight Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Beat Oversight Specialist to join our team at PEM Security Guard Network. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of all supervisors and ensuring the beat is secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the activities of all supervisors to prevent any potential security breaches.
  • Conduct regular checks on the beat to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Review daily reports from supervisors to stay informed about ongoing operations.
  • Take swift action to resolve any Mathers or conflicts that arise.
  • Ensure supervisors submit their daily reports in a timely manner.
  • Implement sanctions as necessary for defaulting supervisors.

Working Hours:

  • This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
