Customer Service Representative

QuickyTime Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to drive sales, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with a focus on generating sales and addressing customer needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective telesales techniques and relationship-building.
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and offering solutions tailored to the customer's needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and follow-up actions.
- Handle customer objections and challenges professionally, working to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.
