Job Description:

1. Promptly Address Customer Inquiries: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries across all channels, prioritizing online requests and ensuring timely responses to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
2. Accurate Order Fulfillment: You will accurately pack and monitor confirmed orders for timely delivery, ensuring that our customers receive their purchases as soon as possible.
3. Professionalism and Customer Service: You will maintain a high standard of professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide clear instructions.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
