About the Role: The Senior Sales Development Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographical area. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects to promote products and services.


Sales Operations:
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady progression towards sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.


Market Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.


Budget Management:
  • Manage the sales budget for the assigned area, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Track and control expenses to stay within budgetary limits.
  • Propose and implement cost-effective sales strategies.


Qualifications: To be successful as a Senior Sales Development Manager, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the lubricant industry.


Skills: We are seeking individuals with excellent leadership and team management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. The estimated salary for this position is approximately $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
