**Job Summary:**

About the Role:

The Director of Agricultural Sector will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our agricultural operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. You will need to have a deep understanding of agricultural trends, sustainability practices, and market dynamics, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and sustainability in our agricultural operations.

2. Manage key stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, suppliers, and customers.

3. Oversee financial management of our agricultural operations, including budgeting and forecasting.

4. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within our agricultural operations.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the agricultural industry.

2. Deep knowledge of agricultural trends, sustainability practices, and market dynamics.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

5. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
