Requirements and Qualifications

• Culinary school degree or diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience as a head cook or equivalent position.
• Demonstrated expertise in sanitation and quality control, with a strong focus on safety and hygiene.
• A portfolio showcasing creative and unique dishes that can be adapted to meet customer preferences.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
