Welcome to HRD Solutions, a leading provider of fertility care services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fertility Nurse to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our fertility clinic, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and attention. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with our medical professionals, nurses, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily follow-up calls with registered clients and phone-in clients
* Dispense medications with instructions to clients and perform subsequent drug balancing
* Discharge and dispense drugs to clients
* Schedule appointments for clients
* Conduct scan procedures
* Provide needle pricking demonstrations to clients
* Ensure dosage and protocols are written and sent to MD as appropriate
* Manage donor recruitment and scheduling
* Supervise nurses' aid units

Strategic Responsibilities

* Coordinate housekeeping and nursing activities
* Coordinate all training related to nursing activities
* Organize monthly IVF and U Forum sessions and education on infertility
* Manage endoscopy instruments and medications
* Schedule and monitor clients for treatment
* Work closely with CLO's on follow-up and ensure compliance from nurses

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years' work experience in a care provision and service-related role
* Registered Nurse or Midwife, Obstetrics and Gynaecology qualification
* B.Sc. in Nursing or its equivalent
