We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our team at FORXWORTH GLOBAL. As a key member of our media production team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and according to the company's quality standards.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly within the media or creative industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and production teams, to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth project workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for media projects, including TV shows, digital content, films, and multimedia campaigns.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assign roles and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, producers, editors, and developers, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project life-cycle.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the media, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
