Job Description:

As an Inventory Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining inventory records, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting the logistics team. This includes monitoring and managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits, and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational and analytical skills, as well as a good understanding of inventory management principles. Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management or a related field are essential, and experience in inventory management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector, is highly desirable.
