Salary: ₦3,000,000 - ₦3,500,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights;
• Creating reports and sharing them in a timely manner;
• Developing and maintaining databases, data collection systems, and data analytics processes;
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex datasets;
• Presenting findings and actionable recommendations to management in clear, concise reports or dashboards;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions;
• Performing data quality checks and cleaning datasets for accurate analysis;
• Creating visualizations and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting deviations;
• Using statistical techniques and predictive modeling to support decision-making;
• Automating data processes where possible and maintaining data systems for optimal efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Data Analyst at Givanas Cosmetics Nigeria Limited, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role;
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools;
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail;
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts (regression, clustering, etc.);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with large datasets and data transformation.

Preferred Qualifications:
