The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to equip trade partners with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth. This includes conducting needs analysis, collaborating with management, delivering training sessions, and building relationships with partners.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of HND in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in training and capacity building.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a strong knowledge of Sales training at Consulting, FMCG, and Telecom sectors.
