We are seeking a highly skilled Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Lifebank.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery.
  • Manage Medical Dispatch Riders (MDRs) to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on company assets to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Environment

  • Work in the office Monday to Friday and remotely on weekends as needed.
  • May be required to report to the office on weekends if necessary.
