Rigging and Heavy Lifting Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rigging and Lifting Specialist to join our safety team at Lufor Technical Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all lifting equipment and processes within the company.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in rigging and lifting inspection, with a strong background in heavy industry or construction. They will also hold certification as a rigging and lifting inspector, which will be verified during the hiring process.

Responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections of lifting equipment, reviewing procedures and protocols, and providing training to employees on best practices. The specialist will also work closely with other safety professionals to identify and mitigate risks associated with lifting operations.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, operations, and maintenance personnel.
