Job Description

At Daytona, we are seeking a highly skilled In-House Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support to our business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing timely and accurate legal advice on various business topics, including commercial contracts, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests.
  • Designing and implementing company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation and regulations that affect our business and industry, and advising the company on the implications of these changes.
  • Liaising with senior members of staff and external counsel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
