AIM CONSULTANTS LTD is seeking a highly experienced Bids & Tender Manager to lead its business development efforts and drive revenue growth in architecture and engineering consultancy services.
Responsibilities:- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Pursue new business opportunities through tendering, bid writing, and sales outreach.
- Proposal and Tender Management:
- Develop and submit high-quality proposals and tenders that meet client requirements and showcase the company's expertise.
- Manage the tender process from start to finish, including coordination with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Contract Management:
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives and optimal financial outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve performance targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success.
- Present regular reports to the Managing Director on business development activities, client interactions, and proposal outcomes.
- Analyze data to inform business development strategies and improve results.
