The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and procedures tailored to the needs of our clients. This includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure a talented and diverse workforce.
- Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and handling grievances in a fair and professional manner.
- Designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards.
- Leading initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including regulatory training specific to financial services.
Requirements for the role include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, financial regulatory compliance, and microfinance industry practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
