To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. At least 5-7 years of work experience as an architect, preferably with a specialty in high-rise buildings, is also required.

You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as proficiency in AUTOCAD and other computer-aided design programs.
