Security Guardian

We are seeking a diligent Security Personnel to safeguard our premises and personnel. This role requires patrolling property, monitoring access points, investigating security breaches and incidents, directing traffic, and recording observations and surveillance activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Securing the premises and personnel by conducting regular patrols and monitoring access points;
• Investigating security breaches and incidents, and taking appropriate action to prevent reoccurrence;
• Directing traffic and ensuring smooth flow of people and vehicles;
• Recording observations and surveillance activities in detailed reports;

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Excellent observation and reporting skills;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to think critically and make sound judgments;

This is a full-time role that requires working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. The successful candidate will be based in Lekki Phase 1 or its environs.

Estimated Salary: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000 per month, depending on experience.
