This role involves handling incoming mails and other materials, collating information, maintaining databases, and liaising with internal and external contacts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Collate information
Maintain databases
Liaise with internal and external contacts
Operate office equipment
Support HR in coordination of Recruitment/Interview processes
Support in coordination of certificate/professional programs
Perform other duties as assigned
