About the Role

CareOne Clinics is seeking a skilled Patient Billing Collector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient bills and ensure accuracy before collection of payment.
  • Confirm transactions, obtain approval for direct lodgment, transfer, and POS operations.
  • Post payments into necessary entry books and maintain accurate records.
  • Balance cash registers and generate reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Lodge cash into the bank and reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transactions and identify discrepancies.
  • Address customer complaints, provide guidance, and offer relevant information.

Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
