Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Strategist to join our team at HR Leverage Africa. As an experienced marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing principles, with a particular focus on leveraging social media platforms to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Requirements:

• 6-7 years of proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt marketing strategies based on market trends
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
