Job Title: Sales Director - Real Estate

About this role:
MGE Realty seeks a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify strategic business opportunities for MGE Realty to generate revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients and partners.

Requirements:
• First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Nigeria.
• Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
