Job Description

As a key member of the PEM Security Guard Network team, the Protocol Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company protocol.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the company protocol, ensuring that all procedures are followed and implemented effectively.
  2. Organize and conduct training sessions for new employees to ensure they are familiar with our protocol and procedures.
  3. Recruit and engage new ladies to participate in event protocol, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  4. Regularly check-in with ladies to ensure their well-being and provide support as needed.
  5. Prepare and submit a weekly report detailing all activities and progress within the department.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
