In-House Counsel

About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional In-House Counsel to join our team at DAYTONA. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's legal strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve business objectives, while minimizing risk.
• Provide expert advice on corporate governance, M&A, corporate finance, and contract negotiations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Manage complex litigation matters, working closely with external counsel as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of legal considerations into business decisions.

Essential Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law and litigation within a corporate or law firm environment is essential. You must have strong knowledge of corporate governance and commercial law, with proven experience managing complex litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
