Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Officer to assist with various accounting tasks, such as recording and reconciling financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and verifying the accuracy of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
2. Reconcile accounts and prepare account analysis and monthly reports.
3. Verify the accuracy of invoices and payments and resolve any discrepancies.
4. Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
5. Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts.
6. Participate in tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and providing support during tax audits.
7. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager.

Requirements/Qualifications

1. HND / B.SC degree in Accounting or related field.
2. 3 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
4. Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy.
9. He/she should be able to work with less supervision.

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a salary of 80,000.
