**Job Description:**

The Poll Driver role requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transportation services for company personnel and goods, adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Driving company vehicles safely and responsibly.
  2. Ensuring passenger safety and comfort during trips.
  3. Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any faults or required maintenance.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details.
  5. Ensuring timely servicing and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
  6. Transporting staff, visitors, or company goods as assigned.
  7. Ensuring timely arrival at destinations.
  8. Assisting passengers with loading and unloading luggage if required.
  9. Reporting any accidents, delays, or traffic violations immediately.
  10. Following company protocols for handling emergencies or vehicle breakdowns.
  11. Ensuring valid vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and roadworthiness certificates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience.
  • Good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent transport needs.
