We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a business development plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
  3. Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in branded merchandise, corporate gifts, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.
