Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Plugzone Online in Lagos, Nigeria. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the efficient transportation of goods from point A to point B.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving experience, with the ability to navigate through busy roads and highways in Lagos. You will be responsible for developing routes ahead of time to minimize delays, picking up and delivering goods to clients, and assisting with loading and unloading processes.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on traffic laws and road conditions, adjusting your route as needed to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the vehicle and proper documentation.

Requirements
  • A valid driver's license (LASDRI)
  • Proven experience as a Driver (Car, Bus, & Bike)
  • A clean driving record
  • Knowledge of Lagos roads, area, and neighborhoods
  • A polite and professional disposition
  • Ability to drive manual vehicles perfectly
Working Conditions

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays. The ideal candidate should be willing to resume immediately.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of ₦450,000 - ₦550,000 per month, depending on experience. This includes:

  • A basic salary of ₦350,000 per month
  • A performance-based bonus of up to ₦200,000 per month
