We are looking for a skilled Loans Collection Professional to help us resolve outstanding debts. As a Loans Collection Professional, you will be responsible for recovering overdue loans by contacting customers and negotiating payment plans.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc., completed with NYSC, is required, along with 0–1 year of customer support experience.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and advising customers on payment options. We require a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of ₦70,000, plus commission on recovery, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.
