Route Distribution Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Representative to join Adenola and Sons, a leading distributor of Coca-Cola products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Delivering Products: As a Delivery Representative, you will be responsible for delivering Coca-Cola products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This includes loading and unloading products from vehicles, navigating through busy streets and highways, and managing traffic and parking situations.

Maintaining Accurate Records: You will maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and customer interactions. This includes tracking the status of orders, managing inventory levels, and documenting customer feedback.

Providing Excellent Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial for building strong relationships with our customers. You will respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues that may arise, and provide support when needed.

Ensuring Compliance: You will ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. This includes adhering to safe driving practices, following proper procedures for handling and storing products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborating with the Sales Team: You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote products. This includes working closely with sales representatives to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase sales, and execute plans to achieve sales targets.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of delivery or sales experience is required. You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50kg) and drive a manual vehicle.

Certifications: No specific certifications are required, but a certificate in logistics or supply chain management would be beneficial.
