**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetics Consultant to join our team at Neutriherbs Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our cosmetic and skincare products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and recommend cosmetic and skincare products based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on product usage, ingredients, and benefits, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest beauty trends and product launches, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products, building strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure product displays are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing, creating an inviting shopping experience.
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service, driving repeat business and loyalty.
• Stay updated on company promotions, events, and loyalty programs, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
• Manage social media handles for the company, responding to requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
