We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider for our client. The ideal candidate should have a valid motorcycle license, excellent navigation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Receive delivery orders and instructions from the dispatcher
  • Loading and unloading packages or documents onto the motorcycle
  • Safely transporting items to designated locations within the specified time frame
  • Following traffic laws and safety regulations while riding the motorcycle
  • Ensuring packages are delivered intact and in good condition
  • Collecting payments or obtaining signatures as required for proof of delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum SSCE/OND
  • 2-3 years equivalent working experience as a Dispatch Rider
  • Valid Rider's Permit
  • Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
  • Familiarity with relevant routes
