Job Overview

Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in identifying and purchasing products they desire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a fully stocked store and adhere to visual merchandising standards
  • Ascertain customers' needs and wants, recommending and displaying items that match their requirements
  • Welcome and greet customers, managing point-of-sale processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Actively participate in receiving new shipments and stay up-to-date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits, following all companies policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • O.N.D in marketing or any related field
  • 2yrs proven working experience in retail sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus, friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
