Mobility Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient individual to fill the role of Mobility Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating designated areas on foot or by cart, providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carefully navigate carts along designated routes
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Regularly inspect and maintain carts to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience as a bike courier or delivery driver preferred
• Excellent time management skills
• Good knowledge of local geography and transportation systems
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy packages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

The Mobility Associate will work outdoors in various weather conditions and may be required to work non-traditional hours, including night shifts. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and manage their time effectively.
