Job Description
TollyClassic Delivery is seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to support the smooth operation of our warehouse and last-mile delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist in daily inventory operations, including stock management and dispatch coordination.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Warehouse Officer.
- Dispatch Support: Support riders with delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch.
- Delivery Tracking: Track deliveries and update the system with delivery confirmations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure at least 95% of deliveries are dispatched on time.
- Inventory Management: Report stock shortages before they impact operations.
- Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely dispatch and delivery tracking.
- Collaboration: Effectively work with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Good communication and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
