Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the telecommunications industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building trust with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities in the telecommunications sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, making informed recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least OND/NCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
