Operations Supervisor

Mapemond Limited seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery in our catering business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen and delivery operations, overseeing staff, inventory, and supplier coordination, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, 0-2 years of experience in operations or management within the food catering/hospitality industry, strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen and delivery operations for smooth service.
• Oversee staff, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• B.sc in Business Administration, Management, or any related course.
• 0-2yrs Experience.
• Experience in operations or management within food catering/hospitality.

Salary Range: 60k - 70k
