Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at StretfordHill Limited. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient distribution of materials and equipment to support our construction projects.

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and notify procurement when materials need replenishing.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures in the store.
• Generate inventory reports and submit them to management.
• Assist in waste control and material usage tracking to minimize losses.

• OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Stock Control Specialist in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, inventory software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Physical ability to handle materials and equipment when necessary.
