Job Summary

Fairtex Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Assistant to support the BN Topside Project Delivery Lead in ensuring seamless project execution for the Bonga North Topsides scope and tie-in. This role provides essential administrative and technical coordination, facilitating a flawless start-up and efficient project performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team.
  • Supervise and coordinate project administration activities.
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and reports for the Project Manager.
  • Manage project communication and document control.
  • Maintain key project milestone KPIs and visualization tools.
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for project documentation.
  • Oversee office equipment, supplies, and resource management.
  • Assist in travel and logistics coordination for project personnel.
  • Support cross-functional teams by integrating project methodologies like Agile and Scrum.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related discipline) with 6+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in project flow and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines.
