This role provides essential administrative and technical coordination, facilitating a flawless start-up and efficient project performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team.
- Supervise and coordinate project administration activities.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and reports for the Project Manager.
- Manage project communication and document control.
- Maintain key project milestone KPIs and visualization tools.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for project documentation.
- Oversee office equipment, supplies, and resource management.
- Assist in travel and logistics coordination for project personnel.
- Support cross-functional teams by integrating project methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related discipline) with 6+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in project flow and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
